Buck's Dog Training, LLC

My experience with Buck’s Dog Training has been amazing! My 8 month old mini golden doodle puppy zeke was very disobedient, impulsive, anxious and afraid of most things, people, and other dogs. Zeke immediately took a liking to the trainer Ray which put my mind at ease while he was completing the 2 week board and train program. During his stay, Ray stayed in contact and gave plenty of updates on Zeke’s progress. I’m just 2 short weeks I was able to see positive changes in Zeke. I thank Ray and the Buck’s team for giving me the tools to be a better leader for my dog, which has in turn made both of our lives easier!

Our dog Charlie is a lovable rescue with a history of 4 other homes. Originally abused, he had very serious resource guarding which affected our ability to trust him. After a year of minor incidents, he bit my husband and in trying to get him to calm down he also bit me. He was taken to a shelter because we panicked, and we were heartbroken. We called Ed and asked him to take him right after we got him back. Ed rearranged his schedule and took him for his train and board program which, by the way, he had recommended months before. During the process Ed kept us in the loop with videos, texts and sometimes phone calls about his progress. One very important factor of the training was I knew Charlie was also being loved. Charlie returned as a very obedient dog. He is just as lovable as before. His resource guarding is still present to some minor degree but as we follow Ed’s instructions and directions, Charlie is working with us to overcome this problem. Each day I trust him more and more.
