Vicki and Kelli are very knowledgeable positive reinforcement dog trainers. They will help you build the bond between you and your dog. If there is some kind of behavior issue, they will know how to correct it. They want to see you and your dog succeed with the training. You just have to be 100% committed to doing the homework, because Vicki and Kelli will give 110% in helping you learn. They helped me train my deaf dog Hope.

We adopted a shelter dog when she was 7 weeks old. She was not potty trained or socialized. We potty trained her but, when we took her to the vet for the first time, we were advised by Franklin Animal Clinic to have our puppy reviewed due to possible anxiety issues. We started a training course with Vicky virtually, just months into the COVID pandemic, and she started us on clicker training. What a God send. Our puppy’s anxiety was non existent after 11 weeks of training which kept her off of medication. And the bond that we built with our puppy during training was above and beyond. I can’t say enough positive things about out trainer, Vicky. She improved our puppy’s behavior and made it a wonderful experience. Thank you Bright Hope Training and Vicky our trainer.

We had a great experience with Bright Hope Dog Training! We had a young puppy that was nipping and biting and we were starting to think he wasn’t going to be a good fit with our family. We had one training session that lasted 90 minutes and saw a vast improvement! The trainer taught us how to respond to our puppies actions so as to reinforce good behaviors and deter bad ones. It was immensely helpful and has created a much more positive home for us and our puppy!

Kelli and Vicki are incredible teachers. They have so much patience; I don’t know how they do it. Their care and concern for my situation was so appreciated and they did wonders. The results gained from seeking their advice and guidance was beyond expectation. I respect these two ladies tremendously and would recommend their class to anyone needing training.
