FirstBarkDefinitely would give zero stars if optional, does not care about people or pets it seems. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a so called “professional”. Called numerous times and left numerous messages of crisis with dog in need and she never answered or called back. I would take my dog to anyone else but this lady, seems she clearly does not care about anything!!!

I am fortunate to have been introduced to Brenda Aloff about 3 years ago. Since then I have attended two of her workshops and have signed up for one in May and one more in June. I have a very sweet Labrador, who simply could not maintain focus even for short periods. I'm not sure where she and I would be if not for Brenda's 'front brained' approach -- especially the 'be still' exercises. Totally amazing results. I am doubly blessed to have Patrice Leipham as my instructor. Patrice has studied with Brenda and teaches Brenda's protocol, which affords me the best of all worlds. The focus of ALL of Brenda's teachings are positive-based, and relationship building. Highly recommended -- start your puppies off on the right paw!!
Brilliant woman capable of identifying problems and solving in an appropriate manner. Would recommend Brenda's training to anyone seeking to better understand and communicate with their canine partner.
