I would like to clarify several key points for the sake of transparency.<br>First, regarding your refund: Our Office Manager made multiple attempts to issue it, but delays occurred due to your repeated changes in credit card information, which you indicated were caused by your card being compromised multiple times. Once your updated card details were provided, the refund was promptly issued. To clarify for all readers, your refund was being actively processed prior to the posting of your review — not “as a result of” it.<br>Additionally, we feel it necessary to address your behavior during both the class and the seminar you attended at our facility. Your insistence that your dog was already at an advanced level — despite clear evidence to the contrary — disrupted the class and caused discomfort for other participants. In email correspondence, you acknowledged your lack of agility knowledge, yet during class, your unwillingness to heed recommendations to start in a lower-level class potentially hinders both your experience and your dog’s development. <br>Regarding your critique of the instructor: It bears emphasizing that they have over 30 years of agility experience, winning multiple National and Invitational events, and have earned numerous accolades. They are highly regarded in the agility world, and your disparaging comments about her teaching abilities are both inaccurate and disrespectful to the expertise she has demonstrated through decades of hard work and success and recognized agility excellence.<br>Our facility is designed to support dogs and handlers at all levels, but success requires a willingness to follow expert guidance and a commitment to respectful collaboration.
