We had a great experience working with John when we installed our invisible fence. He was very nice, supportive, and conscientious of our dogs throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent he explained each step clearly and made sure we understood what to expect during and after training. He also took the time to make sure the dogs were comfortable and learning at their own pace. I really appreciated how he used positive reinforcement giving plenty of praise so our dogs felt encouraged and confident while learning their boundaries. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for help with invisible fence training.
Courtney is professional, communicative and produces results. Her training methodology is positive geared rather than punishment focused. We have had 2 puppies who we’ve consulted Courtney with and her help has been invaluable.
