FirstBarkThe animals are just warehoused, it's so sad. The pictures make it seem like their part of the family. They're not. The dogs are in small 3x5 concrete cells, the cats are in cages. The big cats are in 12x12 cages with zero enrichment. The monkeys aren't much better. Any production company who hires this company for their shows, movies, or commercials should be ashamed.

Cost $80 for Evaluation for 30 minutes. Paid $100 remaining balance was going to go for a 6 week training session. After leaving the evaluation the trainer was never available. She was always leaving to San Francisco for work. Never had the time to schedule appointment so I can get my dog started on the 6 week training session. Never got the remaining money that was for the 6 week sessions. My opinion that evaluation cost is not worth it she didn't tell me anything that I didn't know about my dog. This was back in June and I'm still feeling ripped off by this company. These people should not have a business if they dont have time for their clients.
