As a first time dog owner and boarding our 9 month old puppy for the first time, I was very nervous. All my nerves went away as soon as I met Jorge and he sent me the first video within 30 mins of dropping my dog off! He was allowed to sleep where he was comfortable, play in the living room, and Jorge made sure the dog's play styles matched. My dog's tail never stopped wagging in every video which says it all :) Throughout the 5 day stay, my dog was truly living his best life. I love that there are only 8 dogs max always supervised, in a home setting, with plenty of socialization opps with other dogs. I will no doubt be boarding with Bow Wow in the future!

Highly recommend Bow Wow Behavioral for training your puppy/dog. Laura has been fantastic and helping ensure not only our puppy is more comfortable in her day to day, but us as well. She has provided clear direction and instructions on things we can work on at home and have noticed significant improvement in our dog's behavior since starting our sessions with Bow Wow. We are sending off to boarding/training with Laura and her team and excited for more to come.

Ty and Laura are the absolute BEST! I moved to Chicago with 3 very spoiled little dogs who had never lived in the city or an apartment. I was stressed and didn’t know how I was going to train them to stop barking in the apartment and at every dog on the street. I booked a package and then training camp. My 3 do not bark in the apartment at all and they are proper little city dogs now on their walks. I have also boarded my dogs with them. They are truly loved and cared for. I absolutely love Bow Wow Behavioral and their whole team. I started working with Ty when my pup, Beatrice, was only 9 weeks old. We were able to establish a really strong foundation of training, including simple commands, leash-training and re-call. Ty gave me really accessible goals and routines to keep up with Bea's training. 2.5 years later and Bow Wow Behavioral is still the only team I trust. I've boarded Bea with them and even added some training to her boarding days, as a refresher course. In general Bow Wow Behavioral takes a really smart and measured approached to training and a very hands-on approach to boarding. Your dog will always be accompanied, cared for and in good hands.
