Leaving Ronnie with someone else used to stress us out, but ever since we started boarding him with Bow Wow Behavioral, it's been a total game-changer. After trying to find our own dogsitter a few times, we decided to go with a place we already trusted since we had worked with Ty on Ronnie's training. Best decision ever. Ronnie gets so excited when he sees the van pull up, and it's the sweetest thing to watch him run straight to Jorge like an old friend. The at-home pick-up service is a lifesaver, especially since we don't have a car in the city. One of the best parts? The daily videos of Ronnie living his best life in the yard. He's naturally a shy pup, so we weren’t sure how he'd do in a boarding environment, but he always comes home happy, playful, and totally at ease. We already knew Ty and his team were amazing trainers, but their boarding service has completely exceeded our expectations. It's clear they truly love and care for the dogs they look after, and that level of trust is priceless. If you're looking for a reliable, loving, and professional place to board your dog, we can't recommend Bow Wow Behavioral enough!

This family-owned business is amazing! Our new pug, Gigi, has had 2 very successful training sessions with Ty in our home. There have been immediate behavior changes that can be maintained using Ty's simple instructions each day. She has also stayed with Jorge & Vilma at the Arlington Heights place. We can tell that she really enjoyed her time there, and they constantly send us videos of her playing in the yard and with other dogs. Everything about Bow Wow Behavioral is excellent!

I’ve used Bow Wow’s boarding service a half dozen times in the last year, and my 11-year-old shih tzu always comes home with a spring in his step from the great time he has there. They are flexible, reasonably priced, and even offer pick up and drop service for an extra $25 (each way). It couldn’t be more convenient. One visit, my dog needed eye drops to be applied five times a day, and he’s not cooperative about drops (he even nips at you when you try to get close to his eye). Jorge and Wilma handled the situation easily, and it was even easier for me to give him the drops once he came home, because they made him so comfortable. I can’t recommend Bow Wow enough - it’s a terrific, friendly and convenient operation.
