Our initial communication and meeting with Gevorg and Allison was fantastic! They were both responsive and helpful in explaining the services offered by Boston Dogtor. Gevorg came to our apartment for a consult, providing us with useful information and recommendations. Following the consult, we decided to move forward with the board and train program. We had scheduled a time for pickup several weeks in advance - we were nearly good to go and felt very excited to be working with this company. Unfortunately, following our request for pictures of where our dog would be housed and a copy of the warranty, we heard no response. After multiple follow-up emails - no response. Ultimately, due to lack or responsiveness, we sent an email requesting our puppy not be picked up - no response. It was unfortunate to experience such a rapid decline in service and professionalism.

Gevorg has a special ability to communicate with dogs and people. From the moment we met him for a consultation we knew he was a perfect match for us. We were having issues with our dog becoming reactive on leash and a tendency to try to control other dogs and people - This resulted in my confidence being shaken which only Exacerbated the situation further. Gevorg has been working with not only my dog but has worked with me to regain the confidence I once had and my relationship with my dog as well as his behavior has improved immensely. The only thing I regret is not meeting him sooner. I would recommend Boston Dogtor and his staff without hesitation!!!

Me and my friends have personally dealt with gevorg multiple times. I can assure you that you wont get a better experience and price ! anywhere else they always treat our dogs as if they were their own, extremely professional and very intelligent i extremely recommended giving your pets for when you travel and boarding as well . The teams helped me out so much like potty training, anxiety issues and my dog is not friendly at all but some how they managed to make him pretty good over all i cant say how good him and the teams services are i highly recommended them !!! .
