Justin, we called you within the hour that you dropped your dog off that you needed to come and pick them up - they were unable to be in the kennel due to their extreme anxiety, and we were very clear with you when we initially talked to you and when you were contacted to retrieve your dog. They tried to escape and did end up injuring themselves as they were experiencing a hightened amount of anxiety. We informed you ASAP of this, and you proceeded to berate our staff and threaten a young woman who was just doing her job. When we tried to explain the situation, you weren't listening to us and were continuing to yell. We have footage of what occurred, and while it is always horrible to see pets hurt themselves, it's nothing that we did that caused this. We would be more than happy to speak further with you on this situation, but please don't misrepresent this scenario as though we harmed your dog. Again, I would love to revisit this, and we would love to take you on a tour of just how secure our facility is if you're up for it.
