Hi Trish!<br><br>I want to apologize because I know I let you down, and I take 100% responsibility for that. <br><br>I did have to reschedule several times due to different circumstances. I don’t remember missing two appointments, but at the same time I was really struggling with my mental health at the time. I do know I missed our last session, but it was not intentional.<br><br>I do know that that last session that I missed was a scheduling mistake on my part. I saw your text message that I had missed that session a day later. I felt so embarrassed and so disappointed in myself that I just avoided immediately contacting you back. I kept planning on calling you and telling you everything, but I didn’t think people would get it because everyone has their own struggles. So, why are mine so much worse?<br><br>I know that was/is not how to handle a situation like that. I just kept thinking that I would get the guts to call you and tell you, but I felt like I had let you down so that it wouldn’t matter what was going on with me. <br><br>I should’ve contacted you. I should’ve just continued to be honest with you and let you know what I could and couldn’t handle. <br><br>If you look at my reviews and background you can see that what you experienced wasn’t on par for me until later in my career, after a ton of traumatic things happened back-to-back.<br><br>Unfortunately, I cannot offer a refund, but I can offer to finish our session and add a few more to ensure that we cover everything. Hi Mark!<br><br>I did work with you and your dog one time. We scheduled a second session. The morning of the second session I called you to check on your yard. It had stormed the night before, and you keep your German Shepherd in a pen outside. So, wanted to ensure that the yard wasn’t flooded so that we could actually work.<br><br>It was THEN that you told me that you were at work. So, you scheduled an appointment with me, yet you weren’t available for it, and you had no intentions on letting me know that you wouldn’t be available ahead of time.i would’ve showed up to our appointment had I not called just for you to not be there.<br><br>I told you that to contact me or I would contact to reschedule. Per my contract, I did not have to do that. My contract states that if you don’t give me notice of rescheduling in a timely manner that you forfeit your session.<br><br>However, I wanted to give you a second chance because I understand that being a human means making mistakes.<br><br>When you did contact me it was past midnight, and you ranted on me about how I was stealing your money. I tried to make a deal that my trainer Katherine finish the sessions with you because I didn’t think we would do well working together due to your behavior towards me.<br><br>You declined those services and continued to speak demeaning and disrespectful towards me. That’s when I let you know that we would no longer feel comfortable working with you.<br><br>We both have the text messages. <br><br>I let you know that you needed to work with your dog and that she shouldn’t live outside in a pen—especially under severe weather circumstances. You had let me know that you work too much to work with her and that your partner didn’t want her inside and was unwilling to work with her, as well.<br><br>I was ready to continue working with you, but I had to eventually draw a line. I have to uphold my contract and that’s what I did.<br><br>I wish you the best in the future.<br><br>Britney Blanchette
