Bomb City K9 Training

WOW! I am truly upset that others were able to get their "lifetime" support. We paid over $2100 for training (in home and 2 weeks away from home) and cannot get that lifetime support that we have requested for weeks! In the very beginning we were told Blanche would need a refresher course around a year old. I originally reached out to our 2 week in home trainer, Alyssa, but was sad to hear she no longer worked for Bomb City. After multiple texts, to Trey in the last month, to have him come by and help us with some behavior issues we are starting to have with our 1 yr old, Blanche, its been one excuse after another. (i.e. has spam on so he doesn't get voicemails, they have a lot of dogs they are dealing with right now and the latest one is there is only him and his wife running the training (I was told this just 4 days ago they have no trainers in a text message). I am beyond upset that we paid this kind of money with the "guarantee" that we would get lifetime support but we can barely get a text - and to top it off- we had a 3 pm home visit that he never showed up for nor did he text or call to say he couldn't make it and needed to reschedule. If there were a way I could dispute the fees from my credit card company, I'd be on the phone doing it. I have honestly never felt so ripped off before. He sold us a good game but left halfway through leaving us to play alone. Everything in my reviews I can back up with text messages if anyone is questioning my review. Feel free to email me! ADDING: I have multiple texts going back to April 2025 where my texts were missed over 8 times. Sometimes it would take 24 - 30 hours to get a response until it was time for payment and it was immediate! Just like this google review. He texted me within 30 minutes of THIS review hitting google. But from January 17th until February 4th, I couldn't get a reply to any of my calls or text messages. I am NOT asking to be a priority but I am asking for the service that my money paid for.

We originally reached out to our 2 weeks in home trainer, Alyssa, but we were sad to hear she no longer worked for Bomb City. After attempted unanswered and unreturned calls, and nothing but texts containing excuses from Trey in the last month, to have him come by and help us with a plan to correct the issues we are starting to have with our 1 yr old, Blanche, (i.e. has spam on so he doesn't get voicemails, they have a lot of dogs they are dealing with right now and the latest one is there is only him and his wife running the training. We were told all of this just 4 days also stating that they have no trainers in a text message. I have honestly never felt so ripped off before. 100% Trey is a salesman through and through, only cares about the signing up new clients getting their money and doesn’t provide services already paid for with his existing clients. Bomb City K9 is absolutely amazing. Trey worked absolute wonders with our sassy German Shepherd, Stella. She truly came back a different dog after training with him. The structure, consistency, and care he put into her training made such a noticeable difference in her behavior and confidence. About a year after her initial training, Stella started to slip just a little, and thanks to Bomb City K9’s lifetime guarantee, she was able to go back for another week of training. That alone speaks volumes about how much they stand behind their work. They took such great care of Stella both times, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was in good hands.
