ARETE is more than a trainer. I brought home a puppy from Bryan, buy great affordable food from them, use them for boarding when we travel and cant take her with us and training. Our goals are ambitious, I was nervous about the whole process but a few months in I am beyond pleased. ARETE knows what they are doing on so many levels that the only way to experience what these guys can do is to try it and see for yourself. If you own a dog and haven't looked at what ARETE can do for you I promise you are missing out. Highly recommend these guys for training, food, and boarding!

Called on Friday night to see about kenneling my dog Saturday night. We checked out a few places online. This one was 30 mins out of the way but the reviews seemed the best. The building was very nice and the staff were friendly. My wife hates leaving our dogs at all but they sent us pictures for her to look at. This will be the place we go when I need anything dog related. Thanks again guys!

I called Arete for help with our new puppy, Franklin. He is a 85lb 1 year old lab puppy. Kayla was our dog trainer that help us and we are so very happy with everything. Kayla came to our home and helped our 14 year old daughter train Franklin. In those 10 weeks he learned sit, stay, lay down, stand, come, drop it, rollover, and our favorite play dead. But the very best thing Kayla did for us was help us with all of our dogs. We have 3 other dogs and 2 of them are 11 and 12 years old. So we would get all 4 dogs out during our training and Kayla would watch and tell us what behaviors to correct and what behaviors were okay. Our training with Arete was priceless. I am so happy I called.

Great experience from beginning to end. Arete initially came to our home to observe our puppy and discuss our goals. Decided on a 10 week in-home training and it exceeded our expectations. It was so valuable to be able to have our trainer observe our dog in our home and give instant feedback and instruction. Just when we wanted to give up, our trainer (Kayla) would arrive for our weekly appointment and save our sanity! She always knew just what to do. Highly recommend.
