Crystal and Tricia are just the people to care for your dog and help them to learn to be respectful members of our community. They care, they follow up, they give you updates... my only complaint is that there's not doubles and triples of them so they could help many more dogs. All my friends, my coworkers, and people on the street want to know about my dog and how he learned to be such a good guy. I'm able to teach the next dog in our family because I now know the proper way to raise a dog and have the support of these lovely ladies every step of the way. I learned that teaching my dog to be my companion is a daily exercise; but, I know he'll never be a burden with the rules we follow daily, he will always be safe, and he is so much more free and happy. That to me, is priceless.

My fiancé and I have been working with Crystal and Tricia for the last year or so with our 2 year old reactive Rottweiler, Groot. Bmore Zen is the only place we will ever board him- we know he is respected and cared for the entire time he is there (not to mention it is his favorite place and he has so much fun). Crystal and Tricia are both kind and hard working, always making Ryan and I feel at ease when we leave Groot with them. We will continue to use them for the foreseeable future for our boarding and re-training needs, we would highly recommend their services.
