Blue Line K-9 Dog Training

Love Amanda and her team I have (had) a highly reactive Great Dane puppy who weighs more than Amanda (haha) He would snarl and lunge at dogs- strangers especially men and the vet- he was borderline unmanageable anywhere but home. Through her love and dedication to him and building not only trust but peace of mind he has graduated her program with flying colors! To hear her tell it he is a grade A+ student! He has made new friends all around the neighborhood- so grateful she has awesome neighbors too! Not only that but her awesome team of trainers with their boatloads of patience and chimken have really won him over. He loves going to “school” and starts whining as soon as we turn in the parking lot! I get dragged in the door and lord help me if I tell him we are going to see Aunty Amanda (aka doggy Disneyland) I’m not exaggerating at all she’s the bees knees to my boy! She gave him “work” ( agility equipment) and tasks. But has also helped him learn coping skills that he sorely lacked as he was the runt of his litter and pulled from mom to be bottle fed. She is a true dog whisperer and has gained a lifetime daycare dog in our boy - Moosh would give her 1,000 stars ⭐️ I’m sure! Look no further this team is THE TEAM!

I am beyond thankful to have found Amanda and her Blue Line crew! My Murphy is 55 lbs of scaredy dog and he was SUPER reactive around any people or animals who don't live with us. Walks were starting to feel aggravating and almost impossible. I was frustrated and Googling tips, tricks, manuals, You Tube videos and pretty much anything I could find about reactivity in dogs. There was a ton of information but it seemed as if there were 1000 different opinions and I just couldn't find a place to start. I Googled dog training near me and the first trainer I reached out to pretty much made it seem like all reactive dogs were just dangerous and there wasn't much he (or anyone) could do but he was willing to do an assessment for some crazy amount of money if I chose to go that route. Ummmm nope. Again frustrated and really just sad about how stressful things were for Murphy I reached out to one more trainer - Amanda at Blue Line and I'm so thankful that I did. In her almost instant response she was already positive and hopeful. She listened to everything I had to say about Murphy. She was 100% up front and did not make promises but she definitely made it clear that she was willing to meet and get to know Murphy, to give him the time he would need to show his fears and stress but also his sweet side which takes much longer. It has been about 9 months since I first spoke to Amanda. She has worked SUPER patiently with Murphy and she never gives up. He completed training and "graduated". I dont want to mislead. He is not perfect. He still shows some reactivity and he will always be anxious around new people and pets but since working with Amanda and her crew we are able to redirect him so much better than when we started. Most walks are enjoyable now and if we have a difficult one Amanda is always willing to review situations, offers suggestions and absolutely never makes us feel like we are "doing it wrong". He now goes once/twice a month for a "club day" to keep working on his self-control and to maintain his trust in Amanda which took a lot of time and effort for all involved. He initially required a muzzle but has improved enough not have to wear one. He has even gone on a pack walk at a park with other dogs in the program! I really didn't expect that and I am thrilled with that victory! In the beginning I had hopes but kept my expectations low. All I expected from Amanda was patience, understanding and kindness and she has given and continues to give FAR more than that. Her absolute love of animals is apparent and I know that Murphy is in great hands when he is there. I 100% recommend Amanda and her Blue Line team!

Absolutely incredible! I've experienced their country club service and boarding services, and I am beyond thrilled with the progress my dog Luna has made. Not only do they keep your pup happy, but they also provide training during their stay. I simply shared my behavior goals with Amanda, and the results with Luna have been absolutely amazing. We opted for the 2-week stay and train program, and now we feel empowered with the knowledge and confidence to continue Luna's training journey.
