Hi Laura. I am sorry that you experienced this disappointment with us. Including not feeling confident that you could call us to discuss these concerns. <br>Minnie completed the agreed boarding + training program. Prior to graduation Minnie was freely offering her core commands and we demonstrated how to maintain and build on that work at home. As with any training, results depend heavily on consistent follow-through after the program, especially with dogs that have prior training history. This was a concern I shared with you at booking because of the distance and your ability to join our Pack Walks and Open Training options.<br><br>You are correct at drop off on 10/6/24 we did not notice any health concerns. When we observed symptoms consistent with a possible UTI on 10/9 of her stay, we followed our standard welfare protocol and recommended veterinary evaluation. We also offered options at the time, which including sending her home to recover and arranging pickup.<br><br>Because this stay occurred approximately 17 months ago, I cannot possibly know what has occurred between then and now, however I do still stand by our guarantee to continuously help our clients throughout their journey, and would be more than willing to have you join us for the offered continued education. <br>— Hollie, Blue Line K-9 Dog Training
