Blue Line K-9

I found Blue Line K-9 Dog Training Club of Joppa after we adopted our fur baby in 2020 ~ right as the world locked down. She was about a year old, very sweet but untrained other than being housebroken. Locker is wild, wonderful, amazing and wicked smart. I knew she would need optimal training: this requires a team approach, a lot of work and endless patience. Which meant we also must be willing and able to deliver what she will need every day for life training-wise. Locker graduated from the puppy class and took well to us reinforcing the training every. single. day. Because she is so well behaved and responds well to consistent training at home, Locker is a volunteer with Pets on Wheels - a Maryland non-profit; we go to assisted living facilities, schools and special needs centers to spread sunshine & joy. Locker has also served as comfort for a neighbor & her mother as she went through Hospice care at home until she passed (we still visit our neighbor frequently). Locker and I walk all through our neighborhood, parks and local trails, meeting new folks and their pets as we go. We have gone back to Blue Line K-9 again and again over the past 6 years for refreshers, additional training of various levels and boarding while we're away. This is a wonderful relationship because the staff is always willing to go the extra mile! Jason, Hollie, Teresa, (Alishia & Alexis) and all take great care of Locker and she truly enjoys training. It's easy to provide Locker with what she deserves, and since I've also had issues with trimming her nails, they've taken care of that too - bing, bam, boom! 5 minutes and a fair price, no drama. I can always tell she's worked with Teresa because she is extraordinarily well behaved and eager to please after I bring her home :-P Because of all this, Locker also accompanies us to places that are dog friendly in & around Bel Air and all over Asheville! She is wonderful and well-behaved because we continue to keep up with her training and ask the pros for help along the way. Blue Line K-9 Dog Training Club of Joppa is the best. The best, Locker. Call them. We tried numerous trainers and programs and spent thousands of dollars before finally calling Blue Line K-9. Seriously, call or email today. I did all the research and read all the reviews for all the trainers in Maryland. Blue Line K9 listened to our concerns and not only helped our dog Jasper, but helped me; I needed just as much help and guidance as Jasper. Jasper is a strong Lab/Border Collie mix with typical energy paired with a significant amount of anxiety. I fell twice with him when I was pregnant which only increased mine and his anxiety. Blue Line was patient, kind, yet firm with all the training. Jasper thrived with their care. I only wish we could go every week! It is our plan to continue refreshing his training and having him board there when needed. He also got an incredible spa day last summer - I never knew he could get so soft! He's still anxious, probably could use some meds (most of us do ;) ), but I can take him for walks and I can feel confident introducing him to new people. So, do yourself and your dog the biggest favor and schedule training and/or boarding today!
