Summer, I want to express how important every word in your review is to me. However, your claims contradict the text exchange that your husband and I had since we received your dog on September 22nd. Although we sent fewer videos than planned, we have informed you and other clients that if we failed to send an update, you could always remind us. As you can see from our text conversation, you asked for updates twice, and we promptly responded with updates within the same day. The first video we sent was from a nighttime training session on October 9th at 8:30 pm, which happened to be the same day you asked for an update. The next time you asked for an update was on October 24th at 8:40 pm, and we gave you an update on the same night, one minute later. We apologize for not sending more videos. We sent another unsolicited video, which is what you are referring to in the review. Although we don't have a video of your dog's obedience training at drop-off, we believe he needed proper conditioning to be adequately trained for electronic collar work off-leash, which is why we assume you brought him to us. We always strive to maintain a positive attitude and transparency. We have nothing to hide. We even allowed you to come for an unscheduled visit on a Sunday morning, as we have done in the past for our clients, because we believe in transparency. You mentioned your dog had snot coming out of his nose, and while we can't dispute that, we didn't notice it. I must also be honest and inform you that some dogs have gone home with kennel cough despite being vaccinated with the Bordetella vaccine. It is not 100 percent effective due to different strains of kennel cough. But, we still require it to cut down on potential problems. I do dispute the fact that your dog can barely move around. He ran over to me and other clients on the day you picked him up and played with the other dogs being dropped off before y'all gathered him up. There were two groups dropping off if anyone would like to investigate further. Ya'll declined to go over what we worked on in his unfinished obedience training while with us, and he stated as long as the dog would sit and come, he could handle it from there. He also stated in the text chain different reasons after viewing the video as to why he was suddenly picking him up. Such as, your child finished football now and has plenty of time to work him. Also, he stated you could finish up his obedience training before dropping him back off for retriever training. Again, I would be glad to show anyone that may be interested. Finally, we have the drop-off weight and the paperwork you provided us from your veterinarian. We also have scales at the kennel to capture weights at least once a month and more frequently on a case-by-case basis. Our number is consistent with the vet number you provided.
