Black Cloud Obedience Training

15/10 would recommend. Nichole has always been responsive, helped answer any question we had, flew halfway across the country to show us the dog and make sure we clicked w him. She then finished up his training and flew back again. At this visit she showed us (my young son and I are co-handlers) how to become his handlers, how to do all the public access items. She made us feel confident. She was patient, so kind. My boys all fell in love with her and honestly talk about her every day. She has impacted our family so greatly already and we just know D will be the perfect SD for us. She continues to support and answer questions even beyond the drop off. We couldn’t have found a better trainer! I’d say you def should use her for any boarding, training/SDiT needs!! *pic of D nailing his “front” at the store today!

Hi, I would use Black Cloud for boarding purposes again. Our two dogs were well cared for and I like the roaming aspect of their boarding policy. The typical kennel has Individual pens for the dogs but Black Cloud does not. They introduce new dogs to the existing dogs being boarded, in addition to their personal dogs, to gauge the social and friendly nature of the dogs. Once it is determined the dogs get along they are free to walk, run, and play with each other. It is like a vacation for the dogs! The only improvements I could see 1) is adding a multiple times per day poop clean-up procedure. However, it is understandable that perhaps this one day I was there they had been unable to clean up given the record heat wave that was occurring. 2) adding an interior fence to keep the dogs away from the long driveway gate which would help minimize the possibility of a dog pushing past the long gate as it is opened to let a dog out. To end on a 100% positive note, I noticed they had a small dog in a separate fenced off area. This is nice as it protects the smaller dogs from being trampled by the bigger & more playful dogs but allows the smaller dogs to also get outside to play and conduct their "business." When I was leaving I noticed the small dog had been picked up & carried back into the house, which was very nice given the heat even at 7:30 am. This shows they care for the dogs a lot. I would definitely use Black Cloud again to Board our dogs. Thank you!!
