Bite Life K9 Training Facility

TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! This place is a scam. I paid for the basic package and didn’t receive any training for the dog whatsoever. I was told the training would take a month, but he had my dogs for two months! He told me that he would bring the dogs to my house and after waiting for him all day he never showed up. Once I finally got my dogs, they were peeing all over the house and when I told him he told me I didn’t pay for potty training after I specified that I needed that service. After going back and forth, I told him I wanted a refund and still have not received it. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful! Do not trust them!

My husband sent our 2 month old Belgian Shepard mix to Bite Life for basic training which was supposed to be a 4-6 week course. Wrong, our dog was gone for 4 and a half months. Not sure why he kept him for so long but when we finally got him back, he wasn't trained. For what we spent, I expected a lot more. It's unfortunate how we were promised one thing and didn't even get 10% of that. My dog knows no commands, doesn't use his "mark", doesn't answer to my husband or me, jumps up on people (which is very intimidating since he's so big). We worked with him the first couple weeks or so but nothing stuck, it seems like there was no foundation to work off of. The only good thing that came out of this was that he's crate trained, we are so disappointed. These dogs are smart dogs so I know it's not my dog. Currently looking to send him elsewhere because I can't handle an untrained Shepard but that just means we'll lose even more time with him.
