We boarded our dogs for 8 days and could not be happier, when picking them up. We were very concerned since our oldest dog, he is 12, had never been boarded. He has a heart condition and we were on pins and needles, about leaving him. We would have taken them along if possible, but this was a long road trip, and not a dog adventure. We were traveling to New Orleans to have a celebration of life for our daughter. Big River put us at ease before we ever left, at continued to let us know about them as we traveled. We loved that we could find pictures of them and, that they would comment back, if we had something to say. I would highly recommend to anyone needing good doggie care!
