If it wasn’t for JP we would’ve had to put our dog down, he saved our 1 and 1/2 year old Male Cane Corso Kratos. Kratos started out a very highly anxious and reactive dog. He was lunging at people being as far as 6 foot ranges from us on hiking trails in hardware stores it didn’t matter where. He was lunging at our veterinarians. They refused him to board him and only allowed medical necessity appointments. He ended up biting someone and we were looking to rehome him on a rescue Facebook page worried we would have to put him down and also looking for trainers. He was literally denied by 3 different facilities and said it was just his temperament he was an aggressive dog by genetics, so then in this time frame JP reached out to us to help and told us no matter what don’t take the dog to the pound he will take him in as a surrender or he offered his services. So we just finished up his board and train after 4 weeks and I couldn’t believe this was my dog. JP did a 2/3 hour training session with us as we received Kratos back and we went to Petco and DICK’S. At Petco he ate from 3 strangers hands and JP talked a stranger into walking him on the leash. I couldn’t believe it. My 6 year old was able to walk him on leash in the small isles of pet co while a family passed by and also a random teenager brushed up against Kratos dang near and Kratos did not budge. There is proof to this man’s work and he has a team of professional colleagues along with him too. Well worth the money in saving my dog. Communication was also good he always responded within the hour when I had questions or wanted updates of how Kratos was. He sent videos of progress and many pictures of Kratos well being. Was very reassuring knowing he hadn’t been away from our family home without me before. He knowledges you on what training works for your dog and what doesn’t at all which is necessary to get them to cooperate. He teaches you all the commands he’s worked on and also before we took Kratos he asked what commands we already taught so he could keep that going for the training. We were able to visit the kennels where Kratos was housed and they are insulated kennels. He made sure Kratos was most importantly socializing with humans and dogs daily and really put in the work to help break his reactivity. I am happy so far can’t wait to follow up soon. Thanks JP!

Great experience working with Big Dawgz. Affordable pricing, quality equipment and transparent & regular communication throughout the entire process. This includes training and boarding for 2 weeks, transportation to/from show, dog expectations, handling at the show, and coaching.
