About Big Basin Dog Training & Boarding
With over a combined 75 years of experience, Gary and Peggy Park have assisted people with their dogs. Dog boarding with and without dog training is offered. Excellent care and training for your loved pet includes obedience, problem solving, police training, search and rescue, and some personal protection. Both Gary and Peggy were former national competitors and regional champions of IGP (International Working Dog competition). This is a temperament test for breeding which exemplifies the experience and knowledge behind Big Basin Dog Training and Boarding services provided.

How much does it cost to train a dog not to be aggressive or bite
Not sure but am paying $300 for obedience training. My dog is not aggressive.

Met with Gary for a puppy training session and he not only helped train basic obedience but spent time sharing his knowledge so I could be successful after I left. Its been one year and the foundation he helped lay has resulted in my dog being obedient off leash in all environments.
We've been using big basin to kennel our dogs since 2016. The kennels are clean and roomy, and the owners take care of our dogs as if they were their own. There might be cheaper places in town, but I prefer to sleep well while I'm away from home, knowing that my dogs are in good hands at big basin!

I boarded my dogs for about 2 weeks here and i'm very happy with the service. peggy real nice and so we all the other people who i talked to. they are very experienced with dogs, peggy has done competition's and she's a great dog trainer. my dogs were well taken care of, they got walks and loves, ands they were happy when i picked them up. i would 100% use this place again to board, and maybe even training in the future! the price was very fair, we paid about 850 for the entire time for two dogs plus walks and play time. i honestly don't think you'll find a place better than this!
