Ok... re the negative comments when phoning this facility. These folks are "old school". They don't coddle you and they don't have a warm fuzzy philosophy. They get down to business so don't expect you or your dog to be babied. In the current PC environment this may not go over well with some people. If you want the truth about you and your pet, give them a try. You might be pleasantly surprised.

I've called these people 3 times and each time I call the main trainer seems to always be busy. The man who answers the phone is not professional, rude, and does not know anything about the prices. They have two numbers marked with two different names which is very confusing I called the second number thinking I was calling a new differant trainer, but it was the same one. The same man answered and then became very rude after knowing I was the same person calling. I was really consiconsidering to take my dog there but after the way man spoke and acted unprofessional to me on the phone I will look for a new more polite trainer who has better customer service and who know how to treat customers with respect.

I called them to inquire on dog training and the man who answered the phone was not professional. When he asked me if my dog had papers I was describing all that she had done like being spayed. Instead I say neutered and he corrected my English which is not important to correct. Its annoying. Then he stated that males are easier to train than females. Another statement that did not need to be said. I felt annoyed after speaking to him. He has no knowledge of the costs. And asked that I call back later in the week. Sometimes it just isn't necessary to speak.
