Kirsten is just wonderful. Completely down to earth. She is very knowledgeable and had some really good tips for us. I could’ve kept her here for HOURS! It’s just fascinating what she knows about dog behavior. Her prices are reasonable. She is very upfront about what it will cost to meet with you. She will be honest about her recommendations to how many sessions you should schedule. The very thorough report she sends you after each session is helpful. She will also copy your vet so you are all in the same conversation. This is also very helpful when you go for vet visits and and discuss progress. I highly recommend Kirsten and Beyond Obedience!

Kirstin was an amazing asset in helping our dog through her anxiety issues. Sophie was a rescue from Texas and had a high prey drive and serious anxiety she was also a runner. After dog obedience classes failed to provide the results we were looking for, we decided to turn to Kirstin. In the short time Kirstin worked with Sophie the change was phenomenal. Sophie's anxiety's lessened and we were starting to work on trust exercises. Sadly Sophie passed away suddenly but our family is comforted by the fact that Kirstin helped us give her the best life she was meant to live.

Kirstin saved our family. Our dog, Finley was out of control. We could not walk him, as he would go after dogs while on leash, attack the front door when some came to the door, and was just naughty in the house. Per our vet's recommendation, we contacted her.. She was very patient and helpful in providing us tools and techniques to work with Finley. It was not easy work, but the rewards were plentiful. We now have a more clam dog that we can control better. We take him on long walks, even around the Trestle bridge, and he is great. He now knows what is expected of him when a dog walks near us. I would have never thought I would be able to take him there. Just this morning, someone rang our door bell. Finley let me know that someone was there, and I quickly got him to his "Place", while my husband dealt with the guest. I couldn't have been more happier than when Finley stayed in his place. He was rewarded handsomely with treats and lots of loving..... Our training never ends it is constant. Thank you!! Kirstin!
