Beyond Obedience Dog Training

Jenny was fantastic to work with. We adopted a new puppy and sent her to the boarding with training program. She started as an anxious pup and Jenny helped to bring her out of her shell and build up confidence along with obedience training. Before Jenny I could hardly get our dog past the front porch on a leash and now she’s walking confidently all around the neighborhood. She’s socialized well with other dogs and her obedience just continues to get better and better. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and effective trainer for your pup, you’d be in amazing hands with Jenny. We can’t recommend her enough :)

Jenny has been such an incredible part of my dog-owning journey that I truly couldn’t recommend her more! She first trained my very first Labrador Retriever, Ryker, and did such an amazing job that when I got my second Lab, Ryan, two years later, I didn’t hesitate for a second before bringing her to Jenny as well. For both dogs, I did the board and train program. I’ll be honest, I was a little nervous at first about leaving Ryker for that long. But Jenny immediately put me at ease with her kindness, knowledge, and constant updates. Not only did I know he was being well taken care of, I could see through her updates that he was having fun! She worked wonders with his leash pulling, and now walking him is a completely different (and much more enjoyable) experience. Ryan was a very nervous girl when she first went to Jenny, and Jenny did an amazing job building her confidence. Now she’s so much more relaxed, happy, and eager to try new things. I take my dogs to a lot of public places and we go swimming in lakes, so having solid off-leash obedience and freedom was very important to me. Jenny gave me exactly that. After training, my dogs were confident, well-mannered, and responsive, which has made our already strong bond even stronger. When she dropped my dogs off after training, she took the time to give me a full lesson on how to maintain their high level of training, which is SO important! Her teaching style made it easy to understand and apply everything she showed me. She’s also always been just a call or text away with any questions I’ve had. Jenny is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever met. She genuinely cares about both the dogs and their owners, and she sets you up for long-term success. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation to any business than I give to hers!

I can’t recommend Jenny and Beyond Obedience Dog Training more! Her training expertise for both our dogs Jax and then Tucker were life changing and gave me a whole new view on dog ownership! The freedom of having a well behaved dog that you can take on any outting or trip, whether it be the brewery, Home Depot, or just a walk in the park is something I’m so happy to have now! Not only is she a great dog trainer but she really excels in teaching owners how to maintain the skills and relationships they build with their dogs for years to come!
