We went to what Sandy refers to as "BFE" directions were great if you followed what she said and did not rely on google maps or any app like that. We were earlier and honestly unprepared and she took us in anyway without judgment. We didn't get our dog trained at an early age and we did a disservice to our dog. She spent almost triple the time we setup for and was more than reasonable in regards to her fee. You can not do it based on you tube. I am trained for what I do and my husband for what he does, I don't want to go to an accountant who just watched some you tube videos. She gave us lots of material even a CD. It was as if she spent hours with us just going over the questionnaire we filled out ahead of time. There is Fake News you can't rely on it and you can't rely on everything you read online. She got our dog to do things in 2 and a half hours we never thought could happen. She honestly saved our dog. If not, he would have bit another person and he would have been taken away from us. Rescuing a dog isn't enough, you also have to train it. Thank you with all my heart PJ. - Brooklyn's Mom

No value whatsoever! Our pup was 5 months old when we started at the BFE Osteen location ( if you can find it even with their directions) 3/4's of your 1 hour class (besides your intro class) is spent running your dog through a training field like for athletes or horses, then traipsing back an forth between two little areas where all the pups of all training levels (1st session on up) and are all together listening to P.J. talk about her past experiences and nothing is done to teach your dog or you. You are told to read all the material she has given you and watch all of the recommended "You Tube" videos, which anyone can do on their own. Then you traipse over to the tent area to let the dogs play and mingle without other owners minding that their dogs are either begging for treats or attacking your pup. I personally am not in good health and all this walking around and back and forth business was not helping my puppy or me. My husband called and told PJ that my health would not allow me to continue with any more classes it was extremely taxing for me, and I could just watch the You Tube videos and gain the same amount of "training" as in the class with less stress on my health. We went to a total of two sessions and the cost was almost $200.00 and PJ did not send back one penny of the unused fee for the 8 remaining "classes." I feel that a partial refund would be the decent thing to do but I never heard a word from PJ, not even to ask about how I was doing nor how our pup was doing. Very disappointing experience!
