Their support group is amazing. It's not a train and done srvice....you are part of their client family.
We have had other trainers/companies in the past for other dogs, but Michael at Best Paw Forward is so skilled at explaining behaviors that it makes training easier. I've become more patient in training and more in tune with my dogs.

Lauren came out to help, and what a blessing she has been. She is so professional and confident. She taught me how to handle situations with out getting frustrated and I have a dog that can pay attention and focus on me. I also choose Best Paw because they have a great support group for clients. They have videos of training and any questions or concerns you have, they get back to you quickly . They don't take your money and run, they are with you for the long haul.

After receiving an email back from Best Paw Forward, we set up a time for a phone conversation and I was extremely impressed! Michael took the time to ask questions and listen to all the issues we were having with Cali before recommending a training program that would best fit our needs. I sent multiple emails with questions and concerns and they were quick to respond and very straightforward. They stood out from all the rest!
We have been working with Michael for five weeks and honestly couldn’t be more pleased with Cali’s success. The techniques he uses and the knowledge he passes on helps us as owners understand the training process to the fullest extent. It has been a learning curve for our dog and us, but we are finally able to enjoy the time we spend with Cali whether it is training or play.
We HIGHLY recommend Best Paw Forward!
