Wonderful trainer that was so helpful and informative! Our puppy stayed for 3 weeks and came home with a solid foundation on being obedient. The trainer gave us many training videos featuring our own dog, showing us how to continue the training and proper commands to reference. He checked in several times after our puppy came home and even offered some additional advice and guidance about some other behavioral issues after the fact! Thank you so much!

Definitely, the best training around. I have a doberman 7 months, very dominant behavior and Josh the trainer was able to teach him well. And we had exceptional communication on the dog’s progress, videos, photos and text updates. Service was personalized and flexible with our timing to see dog, pick it up, drop it off. He gave us so much education. And especially, using training without treats or collars, makes less complicated and apparently possible.

I can't express enough how grateful we are for the Best Canine two-week training program that brought our Mercy, a Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix, to a whole new level of obedience. When we rescued her from the Kansas Humane Society this past summer, she was a stray and severely underweight, with an unknown past. We knew she had potential, but her stubbornness and reactivity made her a challenge. We initially signed her up for the two-week training to address her pulling on the leash and her tendency to ignore commands, especially when other dogs were in the area. Little did we know that our journey would lead to such incredible results in just two weeks! Thanks to the patience and expertise of the trainer, Mercy now sits on command, walks calmly and politely beside me, and has mastered commands like shake, lie down, leave it, and extended stay. Training was based on positive reinforcement and gentle correction. Her reactivity around other dogs is much better, as I think she has more confidence when passing them (she trained with their Golden Retrievers). We received pictures and videos of her progress as well as videos of each of the commands throughout her training (we needed training as much as she did). One of the most impressive things is that she has learned to wait for me to start walking on a certain foot before moving, and she patiently waits at the door at the end of our walk until I give her the signal to come in. The transformation in her behavior has been nothing short of remarkable. She now obeys commands not just for me, but also for my mother, who loves how sweet she is now, and our two boys, who love interacting with her. Taking her on walks has become a much more delightful experience, and we find ourselves enjoying her goofy personality even more now that she is well-trained. If you're considering training for your dog, I can't recommend this program highly enough! It's a game-changer, and the bond we now share with Mercy is stronger than ever.
