Bessey's Positive Paws

I highly recommend Bessey’s PositivePaws. We looked into multiple trainers and feel so good about our decision. We were ultimately drawn to Erin because of her philosophy of positive reinforcement and clicker training. We found great success even with a dog we adopted with known behavior and obedience issues, not to mention a breed known for being stubborn and not listening. With Erin’s expertise, training methods, and intuitive understand of dogs, we successfully learned how to get our dog to follow instructions such including our big issue of resource guarding. I feel thatI have such a better relationship and built up more trust with my dog than when I started. I now feel equipped with to handle challenges ahead thanks to Erin’s direction.

I am so grateful for finding Erin Bessey of Bessey’s Positive Paws . Her knowledge and support has made all the difference in working through some challenges I had with my puppy. My puppy had an extreme obsession with eating dirt from the age of 2 months old. She would swallow so much dirt and grass as fast as she could and end up vomiting. Erin had some very valuable insights and with lots of hard work for the last 3 -4 months we have been able to work through this using only positive reinforcement and now she goes outside and we can enjoy playing without any issues. The transformation is absolutely amazing. I am so happy that I worked with Erin, I don’t think I would have fixed this issue without her knowledge and guidance.
