I enrolled my dog in the training class and paid the full amount. The first session was a get to know each other session with a few basics. Sadly, two days later my dog had an accident and broke her right paw in two different places. The surgery was $7000. I had to go into serious debt for it. I asked the veterinarian to write a letter explaining that my dog could not attend the classes as she was in a cast and a cone for 8 weeks. I provided this letter to the owner and she did not accept it. I know classes are non-refundable, but this was a very serious, extenuating circumstance. I am now having my bank fight it. I live on a fixed income, something these owners clearly do not understand, and need that money to help pay back the surgery she had. It is not like I flaked. I provided proof including the letter from the vet specifically stating she could not physically attend the classes and proof from the hospital that she had the surgery on both fractures. They would not budge. That tells me a lot. They are not compassionate dog lovers and do not care about customer service. Never again. Oh and by the way, the owners are incredibly condescending. No sense of customer service. And no, I do not believe they changed owners. April is still the co-owner and "trainer". Her husband is a snooty person. April has no heart and only cares about the money. They give other business owners a bad name. Shame on them. Update: My bank is trying to fight them for the $249 and this money hungry trainer refuses. How can they even look in the mirror? Complete lack of integrity. I did not receive the services included and that is the bottom line. Money hungry with no integrity.

I took my 3 adopted schnoodles to Bella Woof a few years back and had the best experience ever. My 3 dogs were rescues and had anxiety and behavioral issues, April did a phenomenal job with them. That was the only groomer that ever showed that much compassion for their previous trauma. That was hands down the best experience they ever had at a groomers and they got excited every time we went to Bella Woof ❤️❤️❤️

Bella Woof has been such a wonderful find for us. We recently brought home our puppy, Porter, and quickly realized we needed some help navigating all the ups and downs of puppyhood. Signing up for training with April was hands down one of the best decisions we’ve made. April is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about both the puppies and their people. The group classes have been fantastic - not only for learning commands and building good habits, but also for helping puppies socialize and gain confidence around others. We’ve seen such a big difference in Porter over the past few weeks. He’s more confident, listens better, and understands so much more than he did when we first started. Puppy class has honestly become the highlight of our week. We always look forward to it, and it’s been so rewarding watching Porter grow and learn. Bella Woof truly is a one-stop shop for all things dog. Whether it’s training, treats, toys, or advice, the team has been incredibly helpful and welcoming. We’re so grateful we found them and know we’ll be coming back for many years to come.
