Bell Creek Agility & Obedience

At first when I went to meet them, they seemed genuinely capable and interested in helping my dog. All I needed was for them to help teach him to be more obedient. The owner of the business, Patti, gave me her number so that I could call and set up an appointment. I called FOUR times to set up one, but no one answered. I even left a message with my contact information. Two weeks later, I finally decided to drive over and set up an appointment so that they can meet and assess my dog. An appointment was set for the following week, and when I went over it was closed. I arrived FIVE minutes early just to be on time. I called them and left a message saying "I am getting sick and tired of this and now I am considering finding a different trainer", again with my contact info, and a few minutes later they called back and said that they didn't have my contact information beforehand and said that the next time they could set up an appointment would be over a month away. If that doesn't say unreliable, then I don't know what does. I need a trainer for my dog and the OWNER herself proved that she and her staff are of no help. Now I have to look for a different trainer and it has been a nightmare finding one. This place was recommended by a friend and I'm surprised it was. As of this review, it has been nearly an hour since that last call.
