Behavior Plus Dog Training

Behavior Plus is nothing short of amazing! It is rare these days to encounter a business that is truly patient and committed to their mission. From the owner, Frank to the entire team of trainers/handlers- everyone is professional, knowledgable and patient. We started first with group puppy class. We then moved on to individual training and agility. Every experience has been well worth the expense and has made a world of difference with our dog Angus. We can't thank them enough for their continued guidance and help. I've taken past dogs to other training centers- after finding Behavior Plus, I would not take my dog anywhere else!

I highly recommend Behavior Plus. Kristin and Sabino quickly knew how to diagnose our dog's issues. Our Australian Shepherd is deaf and tends to be reactive and possessive with us. Between the sessions at the facility, in home, and at the park I feel their comprehensive approach helped us train our dog in a realistic way. And taking the dog into real world scenarios was a great way to see what we were doing wrong and the best way to fix it. The difference in our dog from our first session to our most recent session is immense. He is calmer, more focused, and is relying on his nose instead of his eyes to engage with his surroundings. The techniques they taught us were easy to implement so we were all able consistently train our dog at home.

Behavior Plus saved my sanity! I rescued a 3 month old pit mix and quickly realized I was in over my head. I gave behavior plus a call and set up private sessions with Jack. Jack was so awesome, patient and knowledgable. He taught me how to be a leader and ultimately get my little guy under control. The difference in my pup over the last 5 months is night and day. We also did the beginner group classes at Verona park, which were extremely handy and reinforcing. You cannot go wrong with behavior plus. All of the trainers I have encountered through the facility have been so helpful!
