I am very displeased not only with this place , but their so called “training program “ after doing further research after getting Waylon back for the second time, they have never made clients sign any sort of agreement or paperwork, making it questionable if your even licensed and insured. Everytime we came to see Waylon, multiple dogs were standing and sleeping In their own feces. THAT IS NEGLECT. Don’t worry, we have proof to back up these statements with photos. We paid an absurd amount and for what? Waylon doesn’t listen, he’s not even leashed trained. Waylon was neglected, (again we have proof), I will be making calls to the state and the board. You took our money, lied to us, and mistreated our dog and I can promise you, your client list will be dwindling once our statement goes viral via news channels. I pray for you and your family because you guys are the true meaning of a disgrace to humanity. Sit and stay are not the same command, go call any LEGIT LICENSED trainer, they’ll tell you the same thing. The only thing you’re good at, is stealing people’s money and lying. I pray you don’t do this to other people and neglect their child, like you did to us. If you are any sort of the man you say you are, you will make things right and by no means does that mean offering to train Waylon more, because it shows you didn’t actually train him more. We paid a lot of money, for a service that was promised, and clearly not delivered. With that being said, please make things right and give us a portion of our money back to cover vet bills that we had to pay for, due to YOUR STAFF AND YOUR NEGLECT. Let me just add that when I sent him a text, telling him to rectify the situation he blocked me, and then I left a negative review that was respectful and professional on Facebook and he went and blocked me, found my wife, blocked her, then proceeded to turn off reviews. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Once his legitimacy was questioned he completely fell off the face of the earth. I never signed paperwork or anything. Sketchy….pay the extra money and go elsewhere that’s reputable….unacceptable

Absolutely a joke! This place has lost countless customers due to the negligence, and undocumented. They gaurunteed us our dog was going to be trained, all they did was let the dogs sit in their own feces, BEAT on them, not to mention we have documented proof they neglect their animals and when brought to their attention after even a vet looked over our dog, we were blocked. Pay the extra money and go somewhere where your babies will be treated appropriately
