It has been a pleasure working with Be The Boss dog training. I have 2 border/aussie Littermates. They are 3. They would sit and stay and come when called. They were potty trained and didn’t chew on things that weren’t theirs. However, they didn’t handle stressful situations well, like when people would come visit or we would pass a dog on a walk. I had already used 2 other trainers and while my dogs’ behavior had improved with each trainer, there were still a lot of struggles. I decided to try one more time, and I couldn’t be happier. I have learned so much about building my dogs’ confidence, claiming space and owning situations. Gina is amazing at reading dogs and people and knowing how things need to improve. It has been critical to have in home one on one training for our success. Thanks so much!

We brought our dog into training not because she needed major behavioral help, but because we wanted to build her confidence and help her feel more comfortable in new situations. From the very first session, they’ve been absolutely incredible. They come to us for each lesson, and every visit feels so positive and encouraging. They’re patient, kind, and truly understand how to connect with both dogs and their owners. Our dog has gained so much confidence and learned so many new skills — it’s amazing to see how much progress she’s made. What we really love is how understanding and supportive they are with us as owners. They take the time to explain everything clearly, celebrate even the small wins, and make sure we know how to keep practicing between visits. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do and about every dog they work with. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable trainers who go above and beyond.
We have been so impressed with our training! We adopted our dog at 2 years old and he was a little ball of anxiety. Be the Boss came in and helped us build up his confidence and he is living his best life now. All the trainers are fantastic and our dog is so well trained! Highly recommend!
