The best dog boarding facility in Eau Claire! Our dog is so excited every time we drop him off. Every staff member knows his name and Jen is an excellent trainer and knows how to make dogs happy and entertained.

I can’t say enough good things about Barks and Rec. We sent our 6 month old Golden Retriever, Winnie, for a two week board and train session at Barks and Rec. Jennifer was so accommodating and made the experience amazing. I loved the weekly report card with pictures. Winnie’s behavior is night and day different. Jen’s follow up is amazing, I never felt rushed talking to her. Her knowledge is so impressive, she has solid suggestions for every situation and can pivot to what works for you and your dog. You can tell they treat your dog like family and I felt very comfortable knowing Winnie was in such good hands. I would do it all over again and highly recommend Jen and her team at Barks and Rec!
Great place for boarding and training. Our dog had a great time.
We send our nervous St. Bernard here when he needs boarding. They are always wonderful with him and we've never had any problems or concerns. We had left our previous boarding facility because the cost had just gotten so out of control, Barks & Rec remains fairly priced and has been a great experience.
