Barking Hound Village Training

Jamie walked in my apartment and won the heart of my pup Rosie on her first visit for private training. I had some experience training other pets, so I needed more specific techniques for Rosie's particular areas of need. Jamie was easy-going, willing to adapt to what I told her and what she saw in my dog's behavior, and was especially sensitive to the fact that I am now mobility challenged and confined to a scooter. In our first 3 sessions, we worked on Rosie's main challenges, and now we plan to do two more sessions to fine-tune what we have accomplished. I trust her completely - she is knowledgeable, loving, creative and dependable, and Rosie (and I) will be overjoyed to see her again.

Jamie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was on time, prepared, and extremely good at communicating. She listened to us about our dog’s behavior and had appropriate suggestions that were effective for our dog. She even took into consideration our dogs dietary restrictions due to allergies. She was very kind and patient with the dog as well as us. If we need more training, we will be reaching out to Jamie specifically and we would recommend her to anyone in search of training.

Jack and Jamie were the best teachers ever! They were so patient and so informative at explaining proper training techniques to our group class. Our dog soon understood when we were going to class and he was so excited to go every week! Wish this class wouldn't end! They also provide amazing worksheets that make it easy to continue practicing exercises at home. I'd absolutely recommend the group class to anyone looking for great basic obedience training for their pup!
