Our trainer got right to work when she walked in the door and taught us so much about our puppy. BHV was incredibly helpful, kind, and encouraging when talking to them. Michael gave us great tips for our dog's potty training issues and catch me if you can antics. She is definitely still a work in process but we at least have the tools in our arsenal to help her improve. I would definitely recommend Michael!!
Bibi is the best! She was super responsive when setting up the appointment, arrived on time, and was so easy to work with. She made me and my pup feel comfortable and left us with all the tools we needed going forward.
Currently working with Michael on training for my rescue dog, Phoebe, who has become more protective and guarding towards those she is bonded with. Michael is very good at explaining the commands we are working through for each lesson, and ensuring I am prepared before bringing Phoebe into the lesson.
BHV & Michael have been AMAZING at helping us with our dog Finn! We thought we were getting training for Finn and in reality we are getting training for us! The knowledge and guidance we have received is invaluable! Looking forward to more sessions with Michael, and so is Finn :)
