Barking Bubz Dog Training

Katie has been my long term go to for dog sitting. She can come to my house or take my dog to her house depending on what's best. She will get my dog out while I'm gone and make sure she gets her medicine if she has any. I think sometimes we worry about our dogs more than our kids because they can't talk. Sadie is always happy to see Katie and never comes home nervous. I truly wouldn't know what to do if she couldn't watch her.

Vanessa is an amazing trainer! My partner and I brought home our first dog from the shelter in Nov last year, and we found out pretty quickly that he has some intense reactivity issues. We honestly weren't sure if we were equipped to keep him since we didn't have any experience training a dog with fearful/aggressive behaviors, but we decided to meet with a trainer. Vanessa was really clear and straightforward with us from the start about what we could expect from training. She's been an amazing teacher-- we've learned a ton about what causes his reactivity, how to read his body language, how to keep him and others safe, and of course how to train better behaviors into him. Our dog has made a TON of progress, and we were recently able to step down from weekly to monthly sessions. We can take him on hikes and walks comfortably, and he's getting more and more comfortable seeing other dogs around. He's a totally different dog than the jumpy and unpredictable lil boy we brought home from the shelter last year. I highly recommend working with Vanessa if you're looking for a trainer.

Vanessa was a God send for us. We were having so many issues with our dogs (anxiety, agression, jumping the fence, bad leash manners) and she has helped us immensely and given us so many tools and resources in helping our dogs. We can actually take them on walks now! She is very knowledgeable, reliable, patient, and friendly. Our dogs absolutely adore her! We highly recommend her for all training needs!

We've used Vanessa to train both of our large (some would say giant) breed rescue pups. Our oldest went through Vanessa's puppy kindergarten and still has amazing manners four years later. Our younger one was a pandemic pup and started receiving in-home training when he was two years old (and over 100 pounds). Through Vanessa's training he's now walking on a loose leash, has great recall, is less reactive, and is learning to walk on a treadmill. Most importantly, they both adore Vanessa and look forward to seeing her every week.
