FirstBarkCarla, Luciano and Fatima are the best! My dog loves them and her furry friends at doggie daycare. We feel so comfortable leaving her all day and even overnight on occasion. They take amazing care of our Rosie as well as providing training and guidance which has been indispensable!! Watching Carla interact with the dogs is magical. Thank goodness for Carla and Bark & Learn!!

Carla Fukumori studied at the Animal Behavioral College and have the appropriate training for behavior modification to teach whatever breed of dog you own. She is also certified in Pet CPR and Pet First Aid. Her passion is to help man’s best friend be the best they can be and have a loving relationship with their masters. She has a very strong passion for pet care and training, and brings 15 years of experience handling and caring for dogs and other pets. She offers private lessons in Puppy Kindergarten, Basic Obedience, Problem Solving, Dog/Pet sitting services as well. Carla is amazing we have been taking our fur baby since she was 8 months old. She also helped us with our other two pups. We trust Carla beyond anything absolute best. When we pull up in the morning Lexi goes crazy so excited to get out of the car.

Carla and the Bark and Learn staff are amazing with our corgi, Louie! He goes for daycare regularly as well as boarding. We get a full report on how Louie was after the day which makes me feel the team was attentive to not only him but every dog during the day. One time we were out of the country and Louie had an accident which needed immediate medical care. Carla contacted us immediately and got him care ASAP. While I was very concerned about him during this time, Carla kept us informed every step of the way and provided the care he needed until we were home. Highly recommend Bark and Learn! (Oh and they do such cute birthday parties and holidays!)
The only place I’d feel safe leaving my 5lbs Pomeranian with! Carla and her team are extraordinary. They are caring, watchful and knowledgeable. It’s truly a relief having them in town!
