I am so grateful for Andy, who helped me and my dog Koki after two other trainers really could not. We maybe took more time and effort than most, but Andy stuck with us and helped us both dramatically improve. He's very supportive and watches you in real time interacting so he addresses issues that are specific to you and your dog. This was our homework, and I gladly spent the time needed to implement Andy's homework...and it has really paid off. I even get compliments from coworkers who remember all of the barking on calls, which happens much less frequently because Koki feels safer and he listens to me better. We also spent a lot of time desensitizing him to various triggers, like door knocking and noises outside my house. Koki now plays more and can be goofy because he is not so anxious. I am less frustrated and happier too. If you've struggled with your dog, I highly recommend Andy. He will stick with you and find solutions that really help.

Mark Renshaw is a life (and limb saver)! Theia is our 6-month-old, near 60lb Bernese Mountain Dog who has done quite well with basic puppy training when we got her at 9 weeks old; however over the past few weeks, has had recurring issues with mouthing, jumping and boundaries. Due to her current size and growth expectations (and my aching muscles and joints from trying to control her), we needed Mark's services and help. When he walked in and stated we would see a change by the end of our time together, we were skeptical, however, we saw Theia's behavior change immediately. Now a week later, we still see a great change in her that actually allows us to enjoy our time with her much more. The biggest thing I realized during this training was not that Theia was being trained to do what we needed, but that we were being trained on the correct communication skills so she had the opportunity to learn the habits we wanted her to have.
