Bark & Biscuit

I wish I could give 5 stars. I had very high hopes for this place given the great reviews, but when I picked our pup up she smelled awful (what do you expect when they’re with other dogs right?) she had poop all in between her paws, the smell was unbearable. I had to wipe her down with half a pack of baby wipes before we left our parking spot. I just wish they would have called me and let me know and I would have asked them to at least wash her paws before pick up. When it comes to my dog I do not mind paying extra. I’m sure she had a great time and the pictures/updates are such a nice feature! I think the place is nice overall. The smell is a bit strong when you first walk in so I would highly recommend some smell good’s up front. Other than that I’m just grateful our pup had somewhere to stay while we attended an important event. I would recommend them but they need to notify owners of anything out the ordinary.

We were looking for someone to take our puppy who is in tact. So many boarding places wouldn’t take him and bark & biscuit came in clutch! We had a long conversation with Ryan and he assured us that they ran things differently and would take special care of our big boy. He went to doggie daycare for the first time and had a BLAST. We got a report card and messages throughout the day telling us how he was doing. We can’t wait to take him back.

Right before Christmas Ryan and his team helped me out of a Rover situation that went completely sideways. I needed to find a boarding solution (from out of State) for my two shepherds within hours and Ryan was incredibly accommodating and took my two pups in on super short notice. I will be forever grateful for his professionalism and kindness. If you are looking for a professional and reliable boarding solution for your fur babies, look no further. Ryan and his team know what they are doing! They are incredible! Thank you so much guys!
