We take the safety and well-being of the dogs in our care very seriously.<br><br>We are unable to locate a client or dog matching this review in our records, so we cannot verify this reviewer has firsthand experience with Bark & Biscuit. Because of that, we cannot discuss any specific dog or situation referenced in this review.<br><br>We do want to clarify that several of the statements made here do not accurately represent our training or daycare program. Our daycare is intentionally structured and supervised rather than being a free-for-all. Our goal is to teach dogs appropriate social skills, boundaries, impulse control, and safe interactions - not to prevent dogs from interacting or playing with each other.<br><br>We also believe owners deserve to understand exactly how their dogs are cared for and trained. We are happy to explain our methods, policies, facilities, and equipment to current or prospective clients and encourage anyone with questions to speak with our team directly before enrolling their dog.<br><br>We have reported this review to Google because we cannot identify the reviewer as a client, and we will allow Google to determine whether it meets their review guidelines.<br><br>We welcome, honest feedback from our actual clients, including constructive criticism, because we are always looking for ways to improve.
