I sent my dog to them and didn’t get half of the services I paid for, was put in multiple uncomfortable positions and ended up having to re-home my dog due to his behavior and conflicts with my apartment and when I requested a refund they told me that they would reassign a new trainer who didn’t reach out until weeks after I no longer had my dog, they then they asked if I was going to get a new dog and they would give me another training session until finally they said they would get back to me but stopped answering my emails.

My dog, Monte, is 5 years old and had a lot of reactivity issues to other people and dogs after being cooped up during the pandemic. I felt all was lost and I could not do it alone. Manny from Bark & Birch was everything I could have hoped for and MORE. Not only did he care incredible care for 3 weeks of my dog but he cares. He wants to know what I have been through as the owner and what brought Monte to his situation. I got daily videos and tips, he answered every question I have had, and you could just tell how much he cared for Monte like his own while in his care and training. Overall I would recommend Manny and Bark & Birch for anyone who is debating on getting some training and good habits for their dogs. Monte is still his same goofy and wild self but he LISTENS. I paid $3000 and needed a refund at the end of June because both of my parents got sick, one terminally ill and the other broke her leg. I was sent $600 and here we are, Mid October and no one will give me a call back with my remaining $2400. I have given this company my personal checking info, my card info and no refund. My dad passed away last week, and I need this money to pay back his funeral expenses. I just keep getting the run around that the ‘higher ups’ will take care of it. Why haven’t they called me directly? Is this even a legit company
