FirstBarkIf I could rate lower I would. My dog spent a month with his “trainer” and learned absolutely nothing. Came back even more aggressive. Biggest waste of money. And it was A LOT of money.

The people leaving reviews have to be bots-- this company steals money and your dog will not get trained. They are taking advantage of people that just want the best for their pets. It's sick.

Revision on my review. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My trainer is AMAZING. But I was lucky compared to others. Employees did not get paid and clients got money stole from them. I had money take from me, but not all of it. I couldn’t recoup since it was longer then 60 days, but again I state, I am lucky since I am not an employee who got scammed out of thousands of $$$. My trainer Brittany IS amazing! I have a Corgi puppy and she bonded with him, trained him and got him on the right doggy path! Hes a smart lil'guy and he took to her training right away. I also learned things about my dog, the way I speak and how to follow through with the skills and tools she has giving me. I knew the very basics and this is the first puppy ive owned, thank goodness they sent me Brittany!

If 0 stars was an option that’s what Bark & Birch would get from me. We had to go retrieve our dog from her “trainer” because he hadn’t been in contact with us for over 2 weeks! Our dog was extremely neglected. She was housed in a kennel with no roof and a small dog house with no hay. There was no access to food or water and her kennel was full of feces! SHE CAN’T EVEN WALK BECAUSE HER PAWS ARE SO CHAPPED!! She is terrified and will not even come out of her cage. Oh and she was a HOUSE DOG who was supposed to get house training but was left outside!?
Scammers do not trust them. Stay away from bark and birch.
