FirstBarkFirst time full groom for our 5mo.old cavapoo. They were outstanding! Leo showed no signs of high stress and looked fantastic. Timeframe was very good. I would refer anyone to them!

Had a few incidents with this boarding, from my girl being returned to me several times with lip wounds, to her being accused of biting one of the new hires. Isaiah offered a few trainings for the mysterious wounds, but never followed through even after giving our availability. When asked to document the bite for my safety and this establishments, I was refused and told "girl it's okay, don't worry about it" If my dog bit someone, tore their pants and ripped skin, I take that pretty seriously. Bite accusations are serious. My girl has never bit any human, nor animal. Just beware. Other than these issues, she came home alive. 👍🏻
Great staff and excellent service. Took their time with our Spaniels and they look great. Will definitely be using them going forward.
