Hi Lori. Thank you for your feedback. We are constantly trying to improve our services and experience for all the clients we serve. You are correct, our set up is unfortunately not ideal for every dog. This is why we interview and try to make sure each dog is a fit both for us and for them. A stressed dog is not ideal for anyone involved and the last thing we want. It is also why we designed our yards so owners could have access to see their dogs and how they are interacting. Thankfully Sonoma County has lots of wonderful dog services so those we cannot accommodate have other options.<br>It saddens me and I do apologize you felt I was not compassionate or trained. I am a certified dog trainer and continually go to seminars to work with other well known trainers to improve my skills. This is my life’s work and passion and I will continue to improve upon my skills as best I can. Even after 14 years in the dog industry I still always have more to learn and welcome that.<br>I am glad you did have a good experience with atleast one of our staff.
