Sara is an absolute gem of a dog trainer, truly a master of her craft with a unique and intuitive approach that feels like magic. She could easily be described as a neurodiverse Cesar Millan, and she possesses an incredible ability to connect with dogs on a deeper level, almost like she's speaking their language, and her gentle, understanding manner immediately put my usually wary dog at ease. Within just a few sessions, Sara was able to help curb my dog's bad behaviors that I thought were impossible to change. Her patience, empathy, and natural talent for working with dogs are unmatched, making her the perfect guide for anyone looking to build a stronger bond with their furry friend. Sara truly is a one-of-a-kind trainer, and I can't recommend her highly enough!

I cannot say thank you enough to bakers acres! I was so worried about my dog when we got him I wanted to give him the best chance the moment I had the meet Sara i knew I found the right place. Although we graduated a few years ago Sara still is there to help if anything happens or if I just have questions. After my mom watched us go through the program she signed her new puppy up. There is no business or company better than Sara and Bakers Acres to train your dog. Our first experience with Sara was 4 years ago with our female Boston Terrier. Sara was phenomenal. My sister referred us to Sara after having such a wonderful experience with her Labrador. Sara involved our whole family in our dog’s training. She taught us all what to do to help with training. We were all in. Our girl also attended Daycare at Sara’s, which was invaluable for helping her become a well socialized dog. Daycare involved training from Sara, as well. Now we are having Sara help us with a somewhat reactive male Boston, who is two years old. Though he’s older, Sara knows how to help him become the well behaved dog we’d like him to. We recommend Bakers Acres to anyone that is looking for effective training for their dog. In your own home and at Sara’s, your dog will become the well behaved and loving companion you want them to be. You will not be disappointed.

Sara was literally a lifesaver for our dog. As a puppy he was constantly biting the kids and drawing blood, wouldn’t listen, etc. We looked for a trainer to help before we would have to get rid of him for being way too aggressive. If you are looking for a lovely-dovey trainer, that’s not Sara. She establishes herself with dogs as the boss right away so you end up with a dog who respects humans instead of treating them like litter mates. She also does a lot of people-training and let us know the things WE were doing that were allowing our dog to disrespect us. All that being said, my dog not only respects her but loves her and gets excited any time we go to her for boarding. The dog is now able to be part of our family and participate in a way he never would have been able to without Sara’s training. While she does come off as strict, she is also very fair and kind with the dogs and establishes great relationships with them and their humans.
