Thanks for your feedback!<br><br>The Puppy Club is a unique, veterinarian-approved puppy socialization and training program. It does meet twice a week for 90 minutes, although this week we needed to end 25 minutes early because the instructor did have some personal business to attend to. Remember there are two meetings per week, typically 90 minutes duration, and your puppy can attend for up to 3 months so for only $275, this is an exceptional program.<br><br>Our classes are held in our indoor, climate controlled facility, so unlike a lot of programs that are held outdoors, we never have to cancel classes for weather and puppies can play safely without the interference of random people and other animals in the training space.<br><br>We do only have one restroom in the interior office, and that’s where we’re working with dogs who have behavior problems, including aggression. So, for safety and liability reasons, we are not able to allow group class attendees to enter that space. Since most classes are 1 hour and the puppy class is 90 minutes, this is typically not an issue. I’m sorry you feel this is so much of a problem as to review us so poorly.<br>

If your dog is exhibiting aggressive or predatory behavior, that’s not something a basic obedience/manners class is appropriate for, so we’re not surprised the one you attended did not meet your needs.<br><br>When you come to the first session of our manners class, the instructor provides you with a handout that describes each of the exercises you have to master in order to complete the class and move onto the next level. The format of the class is completely flexible and the instructor is free to work on whichever of those skills class attendees would like to work on. All you need to do from week to week is review your class curriculum and identify the exercises you’d most like to work on. If there were exercises you preferred to work on, you only had to tell the instructor. <br>We don’t recall you asking for a refund, however, the description of the class on the website does indicate that group class tuition is not refundable and so we ask that you choose which program you sign up for carefully. And although the tuition is not refundable, if you find the class is not appropriate for your situation, you can request to receive a pro-rata portion of your payment applied to another program, such as the private lessons that would have been truly helpful for you.

Hi, Ryan. We've checked our roster and can't find any clients named Ryan Borelli. Our consultation fee is not $250, and our fees for any service are very carefully discussed with clients at the time an appointment is made so as to head off any confusion or concerns, such as the one you describe. I've checked all the phone logs with our receptionist service and can find no record of anyone with your name calling in. All our inbound calls are logged in an automated system so we can search phone activity, and all inbound callers who leave messages get a response (whether by phone or text) within one business day, but most frequently sooner. There are other training organizations with a similar name; you may be referring to one of them.
