Amazing people very smart and knowledgeable on all levels of training capabilities for any and all dogs.
My American Bully and I had a great experience learning obedience with Chris and Justin. We started at 10 weeks old and a year later we continue to learn new things from these guys. They are both very knowledgeable and quick to respond with an answer or solution to any issues outside of our training sessions. Very glad I chose to go to Backyard Canine and I highly recommend both Chris and Justin!!

5 stars is just not enough! I can’t thank Justin and all the amazing trainers for how they helped my dog AND me as the owner! My 17 month of German Shepherd is dog reactive. I wanted them to keep her for a week to see how they could help her and me overcome this barrier. Willow is my service dog in training (that I pulled from public access) and her being dog reactive was just something that I didn’t know how to correct or overcome to be my fully trained service dog. After Willow spending a week with Justin and Chris with DAILY updates whether that be with texts, phone calls, pictures, or videos, Willow learned how to not react to dogs with the correct form of positive punishment. I can now walk past dogs without her barking and lunging. Not only did they train Willow but when I picked up Willow, Justin also trained me and taught me what I needed to do to have a better relationship with my dog. I can’t say enough good things about them. I look forward to staying in touch with them and continuing to work on Willow with her reactivity.
Chris and Justin are very professional, hard working, and want the best for the dogs and academy!
